ISRAEL

• Standard Shipping
A flat shipping fee of 30 NIS applies to all orders.
Enjoy free shipping on all orders over 499 NIS.
Orders are delivered within 5 business days.

Please note that deliveries to remote areas may take longer.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an SMS notification with the estimated delivery date.

• In-Store Pickup
Available at our Kedem Sasson boutique, Sunday through Friday.
You will receive a confirmation once your order is ready for collection.

• Special Instructions
We deliver to your home or any alternative address, including workplaces, from Sunday to Thursday.
You can include special delivery instructions at checkout (e.g., leave with a neighbor, call upon arrival).
Please ensure your mobile number is entered correctly, as the courier may need to contact you.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

• Carrier
All international orders are shipped via FedEx.

• Fees & Delivery Times
Standard Shipping: $30, delivery within 7–15 business days
Express Shipping: $45, delivery within 5–7 business days
Free shipping on all international orders over $700

• Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility. These charges vary by country and are determined upon arrival of the package at the destination. For more information, please consult your local customs office.

• Tracking
Once your order has been confirmed, processing takes 7–15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
A second email with tracking information will be sent once your order ships.
