INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All international orders are shipped via FedEx.
Shipping Fees & Delivery Times
A flat shipping fee of $49 USD applies to all international orders.
Enjoy free international shipping on orders over $800 USD.
Estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days from the date of shipment. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination, local conditions, and circumstances beyond our control.
Express shipping within 2–5 business days may be available upon request. Please contact us before placing your order for availability and pricing.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
All international orders are shipped DDP — Delivered Duty Paid.
This means that all applicable customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees are covered by Kedem Sasson. You will not be required to pay any additional customs or import charges upon delivery.
Order Processing & Tracking
Once your order has been prepared and shipped, you will receive an email containing your FedEx tracking information.
Please note that weekends and public holidays are not considered business days.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We hope you love your purchase, but if something is not quite right, we are here to help.
Return & Exchange Period
You may return or exchange an item within 14 business days of receiving your order.

Return Shipping
All international returns must be arranged through Kedem Sasson.
Once your return request has been approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return label and return instructions.
Return shipping through our courier costs $49 USD, which will be deducted from your refund.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition.
- All original tags and packaging must remain attached and intact.
- Items must be packed securely in a sealed, protective package to prevent damage during transit.
Items that are worn, used, damaged, altered, or returned without their original tags may not be accepted.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus:
- The original shipping cost.
- The return shipping cost of $49 USD.
Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
Please allow additional processing time for the refund to appear in your account. The exact timing depends on your bank or card provider.
